The member may receive telephone consultations concerning legal matters for their business during regular office hours – including preexisting conditions.

Additionally, the provider will provide up to 1 hour of legal research per matter.

The member may receive a total of three (3) telephone consultations per year, up to thirty (30) minutes in length.

The member can receive letters or phone calls, up to ten (10) per year (no more than 3 per month), on business matters related to their business.

Letters or Phone calls in excess of ten (10) per year will be provided at a flat rate of $75 dollars each.

The Member may receive a copyright or trademark filing in the United States once per year at a 25% discount from the Provider Attorney's hourly rate.

Filing fees, search fees, opinion letters, or other expenses will be paid by the Member.

The Member will receive a 25% discount from the Provider Attorney's hourly rate for negotiations, conferences, telephone conversations with the attorney, settlement conferences, representation, and other legal work related to IRS Audit legal work.

The member will receive up to five (5) collection letters per month by the provider attorney.

Additional collection letters beyond five (5) per month will be provided at a flat rate of $75 dollars per collection letter.

For $14.95 per month added onto your Small Business Legal Plan, your business will receive 100 hours of trial defense services (25 hours of pretrial time and 75 hours of trial time) for covered civil lawsuits. Pretrial time can be used for pretrial conferences, pleadings, depositions and more.

The member shall designate, in writing, up to two (2) spokespersons to communicate with the provider attorney. The spokesperson(s) must have the ability to bind the member.
