Business Lawyers On Call — Every Legal Matter Your Business Faces
Call your provider law firm on any business legal matter — contracts, employment questions, compliance, disputes, vendor problems — with no limit on consultations during regular business hours. No hourly clock. No per-call fee. Preexisting business legal matters are covered from the first consultation.
Additionally, the provider will supply up to 1 hour of legal research per matter.
Three (3) designated consultations per year (up to 30 minutes each) with attorneys specializing in areas outside the standard plan — all included at no extra charge.

When a situation requires an attorney's voice, your provider law firm writes letters and makes phone calls to vendors, creditors, customers, or opposing parties on your behalf — included in the plan.
Up to ten (10) letters or phone calls per year (no more than 3 per month). Letters or phone calls in excess of ten (10) per year are available at a flat rate of $75 each.
Protect your business name, brand, and creative work. Plan members receive one trademark or copyright filing per year at a 25% discount from the provider attorney's hourly rate.
Filing fees, search fees, opinion letters, and other expenses are paid separately by the member.
IRS audit representation, tax consultations, and all related legal work — including negotiations, conferences, settlement conferences, and attorney representation — available at a 25% discount from the provider attorney's hourly rate.
Business conducted outside your home state is covered. Letters and phone calls, advice and consultation, document review, designated consultations, and collection letters — all available for interstate business matters under the plan.
Identifying and applying for the licenses and permits your business needs to operate — guidance and support included in the plan. Compliance with local, state, and federal licensing requirements handled alongside your other business legal matters.
Any business contract, vendor agreement, client contract, lease, NDA, or business document reviewed by your provider attorney before you sign — catching problems before they become disputes.
Up to ten (10) business legal documents per year (no more than 3 per month, up to 15 pages each). Does not include documents relating to court proceedings and lawsuits. Documents exceeding these limits are reviewed at a flat rate of $75 per document.
Custom business contracts drafted by your provider attorney — client agreements, vendor contracts, partnership agreements, NDAs, and more. Available at a 25% discount from the provider attorney's hourly rate, in addition to the document reviews included in the plan.
When a client won't pay, a demand letter on attorney letterhead changes the conversation. Your provider attorney sends collection letters on your behalf — included in the plan.
Up to five (5) collection letters per month included. Additional collection letters beyond five (5) per month are available at a flat rate of $75 each.
Add trial defense coverage for $14.95/month: 100 hours of trial defense services (25 hours pretrial + 75 hours trial time) for covered civil lawsuits. Pretrial time covers conferences, pleadings, depositions, and more.
Trial defense services exceeding the included hours are available at a 25% discount from the provider attorney's hourly rate.
LLC filing costs vary by state. Your provider attorney explains and helps you budget upfront — no surprises.
Filing fees and formation costs are separate from the monthly plan membership. Attorney guidance through the formation process is included in the plan.
Any business legal work outside the plan's included services is available at a 25% discount from your provider attorney's hourly rate. The plan covers the most common business legal needs in full — and reduces the cost of everything else.

Filing fees, search fees, opinion letters, and other third-party expenses are paid by the member.
The member shall designate, in writing, up to two (2) spokespersons authorized to communicate with the provider attorney. The spokesperson(s) must have the ability to bind the member.

Yes — preexisting legal matters are covered from consultation. You can call your provider law firm about an ongoing contract dispute, an existing IRS notice, or a current employment issue from day one of your membership. There is no waiting period for consultations on preexisting matters.
Your provider law firm is reachable by phone during regular business hours for all covered plan services. For urgent matters, emergency access is available 24/7. Most members speak with an attorney the same day they call — no appointment scheduling, no intake forms, no waiting room.
Interstate service is included in the plan. Letters and phone calls, advice and consultation, document review, designated consultations, and collection letters are all available for business matters conducted outside your home state. The nationwide network means attorneys are available wherever your business operates.
The plan is a monthly membership — cancel any time. There is no long-term contract required.
