Preparation of a financial Power of Attorney or Durable Power of Attorney prepared for a covered person who is at least 18 years old and is the person granting power.

Your lawyer will help you collect property damage claims of $5,000 or less for damage as a result of driving, riding in, or being struck by any motor vehicle. You may receive up to 2.5 hours of lawyer assistance per incident.

Mortgage documents, (as required of the borrower by the lending institution) prepared by your provider law firm for the purchase of your primary residence.

Any documents prepared by the seller, lender, or third party may be reviewed by your lawyer prior to closing. Available once each membership year.

All information necessary for the preparation of the documents must be provided to your provider law firm at least five business days prior to the closing date. This does not include review of abstracts, preparation of a title opinion, or your lawyer's presence at the closing.

Your lawyer will assist with non-criminal moving traffic matters when driving with a license and proper registration.

Traffic tickets must be submitted to the provider lawyer at least five working days prior to the appearance date.

Any matters, tickets, or violations which do not adversely impact a driving record or insurance record are not covered features.
