Any documents prepared by the seller, lender, or third party may be reviewed by your lawyer prior to closing. Available once each membership year.
All information necessary for the preparation of the documents must be provided to your provider law firm at least five business days prior to the closing date. This does not include review of abstracts, preparation of a title opinion, or your lawyer's presence at the closing.
